Store Policies

Seedlings are available to any agency, group or individual for conservation planting.  They are not intended for landscaping purposes.

If a specie you have ordered is no longer available you will be contacted to discuss possible substitutions.

A minimum order of $25 is required.

Shipping and Delivery
Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service and our own delivery service.  We reserve the right to use the carrier that will provide the best service to your destination.  As a general rule we use UPS for orders up to 150 pounds and our own freight service for orders over 150 pounds.  Selecting Will Call does not indicate that your order will be packaged for proper carrier shipment.
